This work was requested by Milton Keynes council, who wanted to know where to site exercise classes for the elderly to keep them healthy and prevent hospital admissions and A&E attendances. It includes people data from hospital admissions and A&E attendances due to falls and the Johns Hopkins frailty flag which is used by GPs in BLMK to indicate is someone is frail.
